Outer Heaven is Coventry based DJ and producer Petar Zivanic, whose roots lie in the deeper fringes of underground drum & bass and jungle.

Emerging from the UK’s drum & bass scene in the 2010s, his sound combines heavy low-end pressure, intricate percussion and industrial atmospheres, drawing influence from beyond the boundaries of conventional dance music.

With releases on UVB-76 Music and his own imprint, Outer Heaven Sound, he continues to explore the intersection of drum & bass, jungle and experimental electronic music.

Beyond his studio work, Outer Heaven has performed across the UK underground circuit, with international appearances in Berlin, Poland and Croatia.

Established in 2025, Outer Heaven Sound provides a platform for his own productions alongside music from a circle of like minded artists.
